The load-bearing basis
What we do for you.
A clean structural shell determines everything that follows: dimensional accuracy, deadlines and the work of the following trades. That is why we plan site workflows carefully and coordinate early with site management and planners.
We work to construction and reinforcement drawings, keep the site in order and document progress transparently.
Foundations and ground slabs
Strip, pad and raft foundations including blinding layer and preparation for concreting.
Masonry
Load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls in sand-lime brick, aerated concrete or clay brick – to plan and structural design.
Reinforced concrete
Walls, columns, beams and slabs in cast-in-place concrete, combined with precast elements on request.
Formwork
Wall and slab formwork using system formwork, set up accurately and securely propped.
Reinforcement from one source
We fix the reinforcement ourselves – fewer interfaces and less waiting time.
Handover to following trades
Clean openings, recesses and connections so that building services and fit-out can start straight away.

Yes. Alongside construction companies and general contractors, we also work for private clients – just get in touch.
Which regions do you cover?
We are based in Schönefeld near Berlin and take on projects throughout Germany.
What documents do you need for a quotation?
Ideally construction drawings or a bill of quantities. Sketches and photos are enough for an initial estimate.
